Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING We know that you're anxious to receive your new garb from Mama Winky's! That's why we promise to ship within just (3) business days using USPS First-Class shipping. If ever there's an issue or delay, we'll be sure to let you know!
RETURNS Due to limited and ever-changing inventory, exchanges are difficult. (But you can always ask!) We closely inspect our merchandise before it goes out so we are 100% confident we're sending you a quality garment. If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we offer store credit under the following circumstances:
- The garment must be postmarked within 14 days from your original date of purchase.
- Returns/exchanges are for store credit only (minus all original shipping costs).
- Item/s must be in brand-new condition with ALL original tags attached. (NO exceptions!) Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed (other than trying it on and giving it a good look-see in the full length mirror of course)!
- All return shipping costs are the expense of the buyer.
If any of these conditions are not met, the item will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued.
ALL SEASONAL ITEMS, SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS, LEGGINGS, BRALETTES, SWIMWEAR & ACCESSORIES (jewelry/sunglasses/headwear, etc.) are FINAL SALE. THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. Period.
